Tony Jr joined his father after Great Buns moved from East Charleston Avenue to its current location.

He is involved in all aspects of managing Great Buns and is key to keeping the bakery running. You will often see him out on the floor overseeing the operation.

Many of the innovative expansion improvements made to the bakery over the years are directly attributable to him and his skills in implementing them.
