Tony has been involved with baking most of his life. When he moved to Las Vegas in the early 80s, he joined his father with a small shop, originally located on East Charleston Avenue in Las Vegas. Together they developed a loyal clientele with fresh breads and rolls that, until then, were unavailable in town.
Over the years, the company has grown from a small mom and pop business to one of the largest totally automated bakeries in Las Vegas.
Tony’s forward thinking has fueled aggressive growth that has resulted in the beautiful facility that exists today.
