This is not your average cinnamon roll and we make no apologies for it. Soft dough rolled thick with a generous layer of warm cinnamon and brown sugar, baked until golden and finished with a sweet glaze that melts into every swirl and crevice. Big enough to share, though once you smell it fresh out of the oven you may not want to.

✦  Best enjoyed:  Warm, put it in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes for the glaze softens. The cinnamon wakes up, and the whole roll tastes like it just came straight out of our oven. Pair with a strong black coffee or a creamy latte to balance the sweetness, find a comfortable seat, and take your time with it.
